We live, breathe and inspire a healthy lifestyle. As our Apprentice, you will learn everything you need to know to ensure the safety of all leisure centre users. You will assist with responsibilities relevant to your role such as assisting with a wide range of activities such as safety checks, assisting customers with their needs, and generally ensuring that you help maintain a comfortable and safe environment for our customers at all times.
As our Apprentice…
You will be a role model and have the opportunity to learn additional valuable skills within the Leisure Centre including sales, customer service, effective communication, building workplace confidence and improving your lifesaving abilities!
Whilst undergoing your apprenticeship you will have a mix of on and off the job training, including shadowing to gain the competencies required for the role. You will also be given time to complete modules and tasks for your apprenticeship and spend time with your designated tutor from our learning partner.
The successful applicants will be enthusiastic, responsible and hardworking individuals, maintain the Centres’ high standards of Health & Safety and cleanliness, and assist with general day to day operations.
