You will be joining a company that believes in investing in its people where you can kickstart a rewarding career with us. We operate leisure centres, theatres, golf clubs, outdoor activity centres, heritage venues and a tropical zoo. The sites are all supported by our Head Office colleagues such as IT, Finance, HR, Marketing and Health & Safety. The variety of sites we operate give a wide range of roles and apprenticeships. ​As an Apprentice…

Whichever leisure site you work in, you will learn about the business, day to day operations, health and safety, customer service skills, teamwork, effective communication and other opportunities for personal development. You will have a mix of both on and off the job training including shadowing your mentor and other colleagues as well as completing training modules. You will be given the time to complete your training and will have a designated tutor to support you.
