In our 2024 employee survey, 76.50% of our employees said that they were aware of the employee benefits and only 57% of employees felt that the employee benefits were relevant to them. We listened to this feedback and have revamped our benefits package and employee benefits site based on this.

Our new site has been designed with employees in mind and gives them convenient access to information about their employee benefits, all in one place.

Our employee benefits are designed to support our team members in a number of ways, encouraging them and their family to enjoy using our wide range of leisure and entertainment facilities to maximise their lifestyle, health and well-being.

Some perks include, free use of our leisure facilities for employees and a nominated person, discounts on swimming lessons, on site catering discounts and lots of ways of saving on fun days out at our wide range of venues!
