We are seeking a responsible supply chain Contract/tender coordinator to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting in the preparation, negotiation, and the review of supply chain contracts and tenders for products & services (supply chain management), along with the administration of ongoing supply chain compliance.
You will be involved in identifying and maximising opportunities within the business and then bringing them to fruition, gathering the information from the stakeholders, formulating the tender documents and then monitoring the tender process to completion. You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling procurement contracts and offering guidance to those who require details contained within them etc. You will be involved in the development of the Contract Management System and the control process flow charts.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen attention to detail and possess the ability to identify potential risks for our organisation. You should possess strong analytical skills to review contracts/tenders and provide detailed reporting to assist in the reduction of costs and maximise profits while ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Previous experience in contract management and familiarity with legal requirements and terms of use are highly desirable.

Responsibilities (not limited to)
Assist in the preparation of purchase contracts.
Assist in negotiating contract terms with internal and external business partners
Review and update existing contracts
Explain contract terms and conditions to managers and interested parties
Ensure that employees understand and comply with company contracts
Analyse potential risks involved with specific contract terms
Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the various departments as needed
Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments)
Maintain organised systems of physical and digital records
Assist in the monitoring of the supply chain and ensuring compliance, updating the internal systems & developing them.
Assisting Operations with supply chain enquiries and assisting the addition of any new requests.
Assist in maintaining the supply chain risk register
