Location: Duxbury Park, Chorley (opportunity for hybrid working)
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Negotiable salary up to £26,000 depending on experience

The role is flexible offering hybrid working of home and office and may involve occasional travel to sites. The office overlooks the scenic Duxbury golf course with access to the onsite restaurant with free parking.
Some of your day to day responsibilities:
Managing the shared inboxes for onboarding and recruitment
Ensure effective onboarding of new hires, including contract accuracy and completion of all necessary checks.
Provide first-line practical advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and colleagues, escalating complex issues as necessary.
Liaise with the payroll team to ensure that they have new starter information to input them onto our HRIS System.
Taking responsibility for, and a proactive approach to, sourcing the best candidates and working with managers to ensure the success of their recruitment campaigns.
Research and choose job advertising options which work best and the specific roles; utilising social media marketing campaigns, niche job boards and publications/journals
Work with the Applicant Tracking System to ensure it is effectively utilised, kept updated and support operational managers with using the system and recruiting their staff.
Monitor compliance rates, alerting managers to ensure due process and compliance.
System administration, management, upkeep and improvement
Take responsibility for administering the end to end recruitment process from authorisation to appointment.
Maintain confidentiality and undertake ad hoc HR administrative tasks as requested.
You have:
Previous experience in recruitment administration, candidate management, and onboarding is advantageous, however transferable administrative skills are also desirable.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
A professional, approachable attitude when dealing with confidential information.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, and are capable of liaising with people at all levels within the business.
