Contract Compliance Manager | Mulberry School for Girls
Full Time/Fixed Term Contract (Six Months)/40 Hours
We are currently looking for a Contract Compliance Manager to be hands-on and self motivated, ensuring that all relevant work is completed in a timely and accurate manner whilst actively promoting our philosophy of Quality, Care and Excellence in the service we provide.
The Job
The primary objectives for the Contract Compliance Manager will be;
Ensure all facilities are complying fully with all responsibilities as defined in the Contracts
Monitor compliance of the contract at each facility on a daily basis and address any tasks or anomalies immediately
Proactively monitor the School’s Help Desk to ensure that appropriate actions are implemented to prevent financial deductions and strategically review contractual requirements to reduce the number of help desk items being recorded.
To develop and evolve the Quality Management System and associated policies and procedures of Parkwood to be fully integrated with the contract..
Develop, maintain and evolve good relations with existing clients, stakeholders and sub contractors.
Protect the company’s image and credibility at all times
To assist in the monitoring and reporting of various aspects of health and safety, to deliver a range of health and safety training on the contract and to assist in the coordination in its implementation and actively participate in the maintenance and improvement of the overall Company Health and Safety culture.
The Person
Have great communication skills;
Have previous experience working in a school environmentOperational experience is essential
Accuracy & attention to detail
Prioritisation skills
Excellent written & verbal communication
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Google Docs & Drive
Will be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Will be able to demonstrate good organisational skills.
Will be able to build relationships with school staff, subcontractors and Parkwood Head Office.
